Duluth Clinic - Ashland

• Seeking three BC/BE Family Practice physicians; OB required
• Full-scope practice
• Clinic of 24 providers including internal medicine, family medicine, gynecology, surgery, pediatrics, neurology, radiology and psychiatry
• Attractive 1:8 family medicine call schedule for weekends and evenings. Family medicine doing OB is 1:3 call.
• Clinic adjoins Memorial Medical Center , a modern Critical Access Hospital
• ER coverage provided by hospital
• Duluth Clinic provides extensive nurse triage 24/7
• Onsite Cancer Center , Regional Heart Center and Women’s Health Program
• Outreach provided by medical orthopaedics, rheumatology, dermatology, cardiology and gastroenterology
• EPIC electronic health record is fully live with PACS radiology
• High complexity in-house lab

Duluth Clinic - Hayward

• Seeking BC/BE Family Practice for 2010; OB required
• Full-scope practice
• Patient volume: 20-30 per day in clinic
• Clinic includes four family medicine physicians, one internal medicine physician, one general surgeon, one physician's assistant and one nurse practitioner
• Admit to adjacent Hayward Area Memorial Hospital
• Inpatient/outpatient practice
• Call schedule is approximately three days per month and one weekend per month. OB call is approximately five days per month. Call is shared with another clinic in town.
• Hospital has 24-hour ER coverage
• This site is eligible for Loan Repayment Programs

Duluth Clinic - International Falls

• BC/BE Family Practice; OB required
• Full-scope practice
• Multispecialty group includes six family medicine physicians, one internal medicine physician, one psychiatrist, one surgeon, one urologist, one physician's assistant and one nurse practitioner
• Call will be 1:8
• Admit to Falls Memorial Hospital , a Critical Access Hospital. Services include ICU, 24/7 ER, lab, imaging with CT, U/S and MRI
• Approximately 100 deliveries/year
• Average clinic visits is 22-24 patients per day.

Duluth Clinic - Aurora

• BC/BE Family Practice; no OB
• Call is one 24-hour call day per week with no weekend call
• Single specialty group consists of two family medicine physicians and one physician’s assistant
• Admit to White Community Hospital , a 16-bed facility attached to a 69-bed nursing home
• This site is eligible for Loan Repayment Programs.

Duluth Clinic - Virginia

• Seeking four BC/BE Family Practice physicians; OB required
• Full-scope practice 
• New state-of-the-art clinic overlooking gorgeous golf course
• Multispecialty clinic of 26 physicians includes family practice, anesthesiology, cardiology, dermatology, ENT, internal medicine, medical orthopeadics, obstetrics/gynecology, occupational medicine, ophthalmology, pathology, pediatrics, general surgery and numerous visiting specialties.
• Admit to adjacent Virginia Regional Medical Center , an 83-bed facility with seven pediatric beds and a Level 1 Nursery

Emergency Medicine/Family Medicine - Sandstone

• BC/BE Family Practice or Emergency Medicine required along with ACLS, ATLS, PALS Certification or CALS Certification
• 24-hour/day coverage by 7 Family Practice and Emergency Medicine Physicians
• 24-hour shifts (4 or 8 shifts per month)
• Lab and Radiology Services, PACS system
• Annual ED volume: 3,200 visits; 1,400 urgent care visits
• Admit to Pine Medical Center, a 25-bed (15 acute, 10 swing) Critical Access Hospital
• Major traumas referred to Level II Trauma Center in Duluth or Twin Cities
• Helicopter service from St. Mary’s Medical Center, Abbott Northwestern, North Memorial
• Long-term dedicated support staff
• Salary: $112 per hour with competitive benefits package

Float Pool

• BC/BE Family Practice
• Work as part of internal float pool covering vacancies and vacations
• Short- or long-term assignments
• Offers lots of flexibility in your schedule
• Paid lodging and transportation costs
• Assignments throughout the system; you can designate one location or more
• Service area: 460,000 residents. Duluth population: 86,000 plus surrounding areas approximately 150,000
• $180,000 for full-time employment of practicing physicians (prorated for part-time) Full benefits package for physicians who average 24 hours per week
