Duluth Clinic-International Falls and Falls Memorial Hospital have come together as Rainy Lake Medical Center. The integration of the 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and clinic became official July 1, 2009.

A community celebration featuring lunch, live music and activities for children is slated for 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. July 2 at the clinic's campus, 2501 Kennan Drive.
