Welcome to the Duluth Diabetes Center, the Northland's premier center for diabetes treatment and education. Duluth Diabetes Center and our outreach programs at St. Mary's Hospital of Superior/Duluth Clinic-Superior and Duluth Clinic-Ely have been recognized for excellence by the American Diabetes Association (ADA).

We take a team approach to managing diabetes. Depending on your individual needs, your personal care team may include your primary care physician, an endocrinologist, a nurse practitioner, a diabetes-certified registered nurse, a dietitian, an exercise physiologist, and a psychologist or counselor. We treat patients who have been referred by their physician with all diagnoses of diabetes — Type 1 and Type 2, gestational diabetes, DM pregnant, and IGT. Our center welcomes referrals from all physicians in the area, including those not affiliated with Duluth Clinic.
